You can try the following solutions to resolve your issue.
In Windows, click start and search for PowerPoint.
Right click PowerPoint from the search results and click Run as administrator.In case it does not appear, continue to use PowerPoint in Admin mode and follow the steps from Solution 2.
Solution 2: Remove the Adobe Presenter add-in and add it back
